Technical Consulting & Selection
Starting from your gas demand curve, purity requirements, site conditions and capex ceiling, we compare processes, size the equipment and deliver feasibility plus payback analysis.

Process & Engineering Design
PFD, P&ID, equipment layout, piping stress and control philosophy, coordinated with design institutes through construction drawings and safety review.

Installation, Commissioning & Start-up
Resident project managers plus process and I&C engineers handle erection, piping, solo runs, integrated testing and handover to on-spec product.

O&M and Remote Monitoring
Live data feeds into our monitoring platform for energy analysis, fault alerts and annual maintenance planning, with optional fully outsourced O&M.

Retrofit & Energy Upgrade
Capacity expansion, purity upgrade, energy diagnosis and control-system renewal for aging ASU and PSA plants, typically paid back in 12 – 18 months.

Spares Supply & Operator Training
